My Background

A passion for healthy living.

I started practicing yoga over 25 years ago. This led me to an awareness of healthy living that rapidly blossomed into a passion.

I began my studies with yoga teacher training, followed by herbal medicine and nutrition. I am still constantly learning and developing my passion. I run a clinic in Macksville  on the Midnorth coast of NSW, where I practice massage, take health consultations and teach yoga classes.

I live nearby on a farm where I grow a good portion of my food and a little extra to sell locally. I have a big herb and vegetable garden, an abundant orchard and five cows that provide me with well raised, organic beef.

This years fashion on my farm is to work at growing enough Echinacea and Chaste tree to supply my self and my clients. Luckily my 22 year old son, who is full of beans, moved home and can give me a hand.
